Are you concerned about dementia?

Over 400,000 Australians currently have dementia. However, the early signs of dementia are often very subtle and may not be immediately obvious.

Common symptoms include:

  • Confusion
  • Personality change
  • Apathy and withdrawal

It’s important to find out if you or your loved one has dementia as early on as possible as it can be a complex and lengthy process to get a diagnosis. The sooner you get a diagnosis, the sooner you can get the support you’ll need.

To help you to do this, we have created this checklist that you can work through on your own or with loved ones before contacting your doctor to discuss what you have found.

Simply complete the download form on this page to access the checklist.
