Our care workers, nurses and other allied health workers are the heart and soul of Care For family. They are also the best in their field!
Each of our workers are extensively scrutinised during an interview process and all references are thoroughly checked.
Criminal record checks are mandatory and a minimum of Certificate 111 in Aged Care or Assistant in Nursing is the minimum qualification acceptable.
The wealth of combined knowledge, professional expertise and community experiences sets our care workers and nurses apart, as their passion for delivering outcomes to individuals makes our team well sought after.
All our care workers are powered by compassion. They are professional, caring and are committed to providing the highest standards of care to meet the specific needs of each client. In a number of instances we have a team of care workers and nurses with one client; these team members are encouraged to be invested in their team and the job they do for those in their care. They are encouraged to replace each other when one is unable to do their shift, so that the client always has a familiar person providing care.
At Care for Family we have created an environment of trust and support, so that in turn, the workers can support our clients by providing superior care.
It is a policy of our company to respect confidentiality and agreements are signed to ensure this be the case.
We also have a Registered Nurse who leads and manages a clinical care service, allowing individuals with complex conditions to be supported at home. There are also allied health workers such as physiotherapists on the team to support the client in staying safely in their own home.
At Care For Family, peace of mind for the families of those in our care is so important to us. We are fully covered by all insurances, and communicate with everyone involved with each client as much as we can.
We continue to handpick carefully matched care workers to meet the specific need of each client and ensure continuity and coordination of care through effective carer-client partnerships.
